C3 — from Calle Padre Suárez
The C3 departs from Calle Padre Suárez, near Plaza Isabel la Católica, and terminates at Alhambra-Generalife. It runs less frequently than the C30/C32/C35 series but is a reliable alternative.
If you have already bought your tickets online, alight at the Gate of Justice (Puerta de la Justicia) bus stop for the fastest access to the fast-track entrance. This is the stop used by the C30 and C32 lines.
Getting to the Alhambra by Car
To reach the Alhambra by car, take the A-395 road from Granada city centre, stay in the left lane, and exit at Junction 5A. Private cars cannot enter the Alhambra complex itself. Paid parking is available at the Parkia car park near the main entrance (Access Pavilion). The car park operates daily and is approximately a 5-minute walk from the ticket office.

The most popular walking route to the Alhambra starts at Plaza Nueva, the historic square at the foot of the Albaicín neighbourhood. From here, follow the pedestrianised Cuesta de Gómerez uphill — a charming street lined with guitar-makers’ workshops and souvenir shops — through the Gate of Pomegranates (Puerta de las Granadas) into the Alhambra Forest, and continue along the main road to the Access Pavilion.
